Thank you for shopping with VoltHydra. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and fulfilled within 1–5 business days before shipping.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been fulfilled and handed over to the shipping carrier.

Once an order has started processing, we may not be able to cancel, edit, or update the order.

Shipping Locations

VoltHydra products ship from fulfillment centers located in the United States.

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may ship separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Domestic U.S. Shipping

For orders shipped within the United States, estimated delivery times are:

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

At this time, shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. military base addresses may not be available.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to selected countries.

International orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after fulfillment, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Please note that international delivery times are estimates only. Customs processing, import inspections, local regulations, or carrier delays may extend the delivery time. (*Only Orders from the United States is Accepted at the Moment)

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

All international orders are shipped from the United States.

International customers may be responsible for paying customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges when the package arrives in the destination country.

These fees are not included in the product price unless clearly stated at checkout.

VoltHydra is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or delays caused by customs processing.

Customers are responsible for making sure the product can be legally imported into their country before placing an order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates may vary depending on the destination, order weight, shipping method, and available shipping options at checkout.

Where available, the estimated shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

VoltHydra may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. If free shipping is available, it will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 1–2 business days to appear after the carrier receives the package.

If your tracking number does not update immediately, please allow additional time for the carrier system to refresh.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Address changes may only be possible shortly after placing an order and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has started processing, the shipping address may no longer be editable.

VoltHydra is not responsible for failed delivery, lost packages, returned packages, or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional reshipping fees may apply.

Unclaimed, Refused, or Returned Packages

If a package is unclaimed, refused, rejected by customs, abandoned, or returned due to customer-related reasons, VoltHydra may not be able to provide a refund, replacement, or free reshipment.

Customer-related reasons may include:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Missing or incorrect phone number

Failure to pay customs duties or import taxes

Refusal to accept delivery

Failure to collect the package from the carrier

Destination country import restrictions

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@volthydra.com.

Lost package claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

We will review the tracking information and determine whether a replacement or refund may be available.

If tracking shows that the package was successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, VoltHydra may not be responsible for replacing or refunding the order.

Delivery Delays

VoltHydra is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers

Customs clearance

Incorrect shipping information

Weather conditions

Holidays

Import restrictions

Failed delivery attempts

Local postal or carrier disruptions

Events outside our control

We will do our best to assist with tracking and delivery issues, but shipping timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
