Refund policy

At VoltHydra, we want every order to arrive in good condition. Please read our return, refund, and replacement policy carefully before placing an order.

Refunds and Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product.

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Your order number

A clear photo of the product or issue

A brief explanation of the problem

Once we receive your claim, we will review it and notify you whether your replacement or refund has been approved.

If your claim is approved and you request a replacement, a new order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days.

If your claim is approved and you request a refund, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Cases

VoltHydra does not offer refunds, replacements, or store credit in the following cases:

Wrong Address

If the customer provides an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient shipping address and the courier cannot deliver the package, we are not responsible for the failed delivery. Reshipping costs may apply if a replacement shipment is requested.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned because it was unclaimed or not collected, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

Buyer’s Remorse

Because our products are consumable wellness products, we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, dislike of taste, or ordering the wrong item.

Opened or Used Products

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or partially consumed products unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customs, Duties, and Import Issues

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local regulations required by their country.

If a package is rejected, abandoned, destroyed, or returned due to unpaid customs fees, refusal of delivery, import restrictions, or failure to provide required information, VoltHydra cannot offer a refund, replacement, or free reshipment.

Failed Delivery Due to Customer Information

If a package cannot be delivered because the recipient is unreachable, the phone number is missing or incorrect, the address is incomplete, or the recipient refuses delivery, we are unable to guarantee a refund, replacement, or reshipment.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they begin processing. Once an order has been accepted, prepared, or sent to fulfillment, we may not be able to cancel or refund the order.

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@volthydra.com if you need to request a cancellation.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has been approved but you have not received it yet, please first check your bank account or original payment method.

Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Where applicable, customers in the European Union may have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days under consumer protection laws.

However, for health and hygiene reasons, opened or used consumable products may not be eligible for return.

Customers must accept delivery of the goods to exercise any applicable cancellation or return rights. Refusing delivery or failing to collect a package does not automatically qualify as a valid cancellation.
